In your session time, we will work together to strengthen both your listening and trust skills, to make this communication accessible and REAL for you. These sessions aren’t for me telling you what I know, or what you should do, they are for YOU to remember that you already know, and to learn how to trust this.

Additionally, these sessions are designed to support the human body in its physical and emotional forms, as it expands on the ascension trajectory. As we jokingly say, “Ascension isn’t a spa day…”, because it’s not. Transformation can - and will- be felt. Expansion requires reconfiguration of things, such as old belief structures, or even energy patterns set deep in the body. Ascension symptoms are a real thing - learning to understand them and navigate them with joy, rather than fear, allows you to ride the waves of expansion with ease and grace.
